Under level 2 guidelines just released, traveller will be expected to keep records of how they travel and who with, and to minimize the number of places they stop en route.
You should not travel if you: have been requested to self-isolate/quarantine, have symptoms of COVID-19, or are awaiting COVID-19 test results.
You cannot travel, if the travel would breach a direction under s 70(1)(f) of the Health Act 1956; this will likely be the case if: you have arrived in New Zealand from overseas in the last 14 days, or you have otherwise individually received (from a Medical Officer of Health) a direction under s 70(1)(f) of the Health Act 1956.

In these challenging and uncertain times, giving you confidence and security is most important to us. Planning a holiday to discover your own beautiful backyard is a wonderful way to enjoy what millions of tourists had been enjoying and exploring the last years. As the the Covid-19 related situation in New Zealand can change on a daily basis, we want you to stay flexible.
For bookings made from 7th May 2020, the Book with Confidence Guarantee is applicable if you are no longer able to travel due to COVID-19 related developments.
For example: you become sick with COVID-19 or someone immediately connected to you does and you are forced into self-isolation, or an Alert Level change means travel becomes impossible, or there is a Government mandate for you not to travel in your local area/region or the area you intend to travel to.
In these and other similar cases there will be no charges levied to make changes to your booking dates. We will provide a 12-month credit or full refund. Should a Covid-19 related development occurs during your holiday and you are no longer able to continue traveling, we will refund you the days from your rental agreement which haven’t been used.
In the case of a request for a COVID-19 related amendment on personal grounds, guests may be requested to provide a medical certificate to confirm the medical grounds on which the request is based.
Please be aware that where your request to amend/cancel a booking was made prior to 7th May 2020 and/or is not linked to COVID-19 related matters, normal T&C’s will apply.
We realise that there is uncertainty to travel plans and that you may want to cancel or postpone your booking, so we are offering flexibility to your existing booking being affected by Covid-19.

We strongly encourage you to consider postponing as we are currently offering a credit. You can use this credit to rebook your future travel dates up to 24 months. If you do not know your new travel dates yet, we can hold this credit against your current booking, until you are able to confirm your new dates.
If you would like to cancel your booking please email firstname.lastname@example.org. We are currently cancelling to our Terms and Conditions. Remember we are happy to hold this amount for you as a credit towards future travel as above.
Next Campers is following strict cleaning regulations and all units are disinfected thoroughly during the cleaning process to ensure you and your family have a safe and enjoyable holiday.
In line with social distancing recommendations, we will limit our contact with you on pick up. We will still ensure you understand how to use the vehicle through the use of our “how to” videos. Also, we are more than happy to help with any questions you may have while on the road.
Furthermore, we will provide every customer with a safety pack, which includes gloves and disinfection.
